This chateau is an 11th century fortress built for the defence of France, lovingly restored from ruins to a very luxurious residence. Built on a hill with stunning views, located just 15 minutes from Nice Airport. The Chateau is ideally suited for seclusion, privacy and relaxing in the quiet hills of the busy Cote D’Azur. Chateau covers 3 hectares of ground in it's hilltop position. It is surrounded by 4 terraces and landscaped gardens. More than 6000 plants and trees were planted in the Chateau to create a natural garden to enhance and compliment the chateau’s surroundings. There are also many mature trees in the Chateau which together form the foundation of a magical place. The pool is 18m long and 9m wide. There is an infinity waterfall to create a relaxing sound while sitting by the pool or in the jacuzzi. The pool house has a small kitchen & bar so guests can eat & drink by the poolside. Swimming pool area with lounging area for 30 people. Outdoor gym, exercise (yoga/pilates for retreats) and spa area. Outdoor facilities with stage for Theatre, Orchestra, Fashion Shows, Outdoor Conferences, Product Launch etc. Outdoor eating with catering facilites to serve around 600 people. Seating capacity for approximately 800 people. The Chateau has 4 Bulthaup semi-commercial kitchens that can be used for Cooking Retreats and television programmes on cooking. The large salon has doors opening onto the terrace with a large window with views of the Var valley below. A Baby grand piano can provide entertainment for your guests. All 15 bedrooms are ensuite with large wardrobes to accommodate the 'heaviest' traveller. All the beds are extra large size with luxury handmade mattresses. All 15 bathrooms are fitted with bidets, double basins and special showers. Eight bathrooms also have baths. The chateau provides a perfect location for holidays, high profile and celebrity weddings, product launches and corporate events
